Each application should be accompanied by photo copies of the following:

•  Candidates whose age should be 16 years old.
•  SSC(10th) mark sheet for admission to first year diploma courses.
•  ITI or its equivalent for admission to direct 2nd year diploma courses.
•  Transfer Certificate from the Principal of the Institution last attended.
•  Conduct Certificate from the principal of the Institution last attended.
•  Community Certificate issued by a competent authority in the case of OBC/SC/ST.
•  5 recent passport size Photos.
•  Domicile certificate.
•  Income certificate.
